Halloway Bar was built on one simple idea: great drinks bring people together. That idea comes to life through founder and lead bartender Joseph Barger, a licensed and TIPS-certified professional with over five years of experience in hotel hospitality and bartending. Joey’s known for his creativity behind the bar, his calm professionalism, and the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel like old friends.

When he’s not bartending, Joey’s probably watching football, spending time with family, or testing out new cocktail recipes for friends. His current favorite is a Paper Plane, but it changes all the time.

What started as a personal passion quickly evolved into something bigger. After years of crafting cocktails and creating memorable moments for others, Joey decided it was time to bring that same level of care and quality to his own venture. With the help of his family and a little inspiration from a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, the name Halloway was born. (Ask him about it if you're curious.)
